The breakfast buffet was decent and there was a good range of items to choose from. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the slopes and a restaurant. the room was adequate.

The staff was not very welcoming or helpful, which detracted from the overall experience. the facilities were not as clean or well-maintained as one would expect from a hotel of this price range.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of the ski area making it easy to access the slopes. the live music in the bar was really good, and we enjoyed a lovely evening there.

The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. the bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept in and the bathroom was of a very poor standard.
